  • What is the rental value of my property?
    The rental value of a property depends on a number of factors including if the property is in a RPZ (Rent Pressure Zone) or not. We can provide you with a free rental appraisal of your property.

  • What references do you seek from tenants?
    We seek and check multiple references and will not allow any tenant into your property who has not passed our screening process.
  • What does the tenant’s security deposit cover?
    The security deposit is normally one month’s rent and it covers damages over and above wear and tear and unpaid rent. In certain circumstances all or part of the deposit can be withheld if the tenant does not provide the correct amount of notice.
